Hej! I am Julien.

And this is my Story.

While born and raised in Germany, I was always fascinated and inspired by the wild landscapes of Northern Europe. During an internship in Sweden in 2014, I completely fell in love with the country - its nature, its people and its culture. This affinity to the Nordics led me finally to the decision to move to Sweden in 2020 - leaving everything behind except of my camera. And this is when my transformational journey began!

I enjoyed photography since I was a teenager, but lost my interest during my studies in Business & Engineering and my early career. It was only since my move to Sweden that I spend as much time as possible with my camera on growing myself as photographer - and eventually I found my true passion in photography!

Since my move to Sweden, I dedicated myself to photography, quit my office job, established my own business and grew step by step. I am happy that I have chosen this path and very grateful that I am able to do what I love!

What is my focus as photographer?

Capturing scenic landscapes is the main focus in my photography. I have a great passion for hiking and exploring the natural beauty of this world! Being out in the nature is my personal meditation - with or without camera! It makes me happy, it gives me inspiration, it is where I find my inner peace.

I am not only enthusiast about photographing landscapes myself, but also about teaching how to capture these in outstanding photos! It is such a pleasure for me to share my passion with other people through blog articles, guides, photo walks or workshops. My aim is to enhance the creativity of my guests and enable them to create their own stories through photography - to create their own Stories of Silence.

Besides teaching I am creating photographic content for brands in the areas of architectural & interior design as well as product photography. With my help, we tell the Stories of Brands without any words need, but through meaningful images that speak for themselves.
